vintage pink this is how to turn this into this.
1. get the picture you want and open it up.
2. go to layers on the top bar [file, edit, image, layer] .
3. click on layer -->new adjustment layer -->levels and press ok.
4. change the input levels to this : 0, 3.40, 255.
5. duplicate the bottom layer [your image] and drag it to the top.
6. set that layer to overlay.
7. go to layer -->new adjustment layer --> selective color.
8. change the red properties to the following :
cyan : -100
magenta : +100
yellow : -65
black : -44
9. press okay and then duplicate the bottom image again.
10. go to layer -->new adjustment layer -->color blance.
11. on midtones slide the yellow/blue all the way over to the blue.
on cyan/red slide it to -66.
on magenta/green slide it to -77.
12. merge it with the duplicated image and drag it to the top.
13. go to filter --> blur --> gaussian blur --> set it to 2.5.
14. set that layer to soft light.
