Scan Lines 1. Get your picture open.
2. Select the whole picture.
3. right click and click stroke and fill.
4. Unclick stroke and click on fill.
5. There is a drop down menu with a solid bar (most likely black), click it.
6. Click on either of the parellel lines and choose the color white/beige/gray depending on the pic.
7. Change the opacity to either 20 or 30, depending on the pic.
8. Click preview, if you like it click okay.
And there you go.
