Making A New Account Only the head/main user can make new accounts
1. Go to your cutenews.
2. Click on Options - Add/Edit Users.
3. Add your user, if you dont want that user to edit other posts, click on number 3 journalist if not already set.
4. Save it and now you have a new user.
